Denise Archuleta-Snyder

Denise A. Snyder received her BA from New Mexico State University, NM in 1997. She attended University College London, in England in 2001 and received her JD from the University of Miami, Fl. in 2002.
Ms. Snyder was admitted to practice before all Florida State, Appellate and Florida Federal Southern and Middle Districts in 2003. She was admitted to practice in New Mexico State Courts in 2005 and New Mexico Appellate and Federal District Courts in 2006.
Ms. Snyder opened her priviate practice in 2010 and continues managing a small New Mexico based collection firm.
Ms.Snyder has been a board member of the Trial Practice Section of the New Mexico State Bar since 2008. She was the Chair in 2010, Treasurer in 2011 and spearheaded the Trial Practice Section's 2010 New Mexico Court Decorum Project.
Ms. Snyder's focus is litigation and experiences ranges from insurance defense, subrogations, foreclosures, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy and collections.
